Project Manager

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures;
• Responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project.
• Manages Request for Proposal (RFP eval matrix) to select vendor products; Write contract Scope of Deliverables.
• Follows process and standards update and creation.
• Project Support Activities (i.e. Risks issues action item management; Meeting scheduling facilitating meeting minutes.
• Communications (end user broadcasts IT notifications)
• Monitor and report on project KPIs. Looking for candidate who is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience has demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions and has excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Environment: Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook Word Excel OneNote PowerPoint Visio OneDrive for Business SharePoint Online Teams). Clarity PPM. Azure DevOps.
2. Enterprise Network Implementation Management experience leading end-to-end network deployments infrastructure readiness and deployment planning.
3. WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination - skilled in WAN planning circuit delivery tracking telecom provider coordination and circuit readiness.
4. Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization - experience supporting Cisco switching environments secure connectivity routing/switching coordination and network refresh initiatives.
5. Network Cutover and Migration Planning - ability to manage enterprise cutover planning traffic transitions stabilization and business-critical migration activities.
6. Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects - experience managing secure connectivity DDoS mitigation malware defense and enterprise authentication/access reliability.
