Location:Madison Wisconsin This is a full-time 100% on-site opportunity working closely with field teams customers and leadership while managing commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish.

Note:Candidates must have at least 2 years of Project Manager experience in plumbing construction or 2 years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing construction experience. Commercial plumbing experience is required.

Job Description

• Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from estimating through final completion.
• Prepare estimates material takeoffs proposals and bid packages.
• Review plans specifications and project documents.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and jobsite walkthroughs.
• Develop project budgets schedules and schedule of values.
• Monitor labor material costs job costing and project profitability.
• Purchase materials and coordinate project resources.
• Manage project schedules while supporting field foremen and subcontractors.
• Prepare negotiate and manage change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors customers and field teams.
• Attend project meetings and monthly WIP meetings.
• Build relationships with customers vendors suppliers and general contractors.
• Support business development efforts and identify new project opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of plumbing construction Project Manager experienceor2 years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.
• Ability to read blueprints specifications and construction documents.
• Experience with estimating job costing budgeting and project scheduling.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
