Note:Candidates must have at least 2 years of Project Manager experience in plumbing construction or 2 years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing construction experience. Commercial plumbing experience is required.

Job Description
Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from estimating through final completion.
Prepare estimates material takeoffs proposals and bid packages.
Review plans specifications and project documents.
Attend pre-bid meetings and jobsite walkthroughs.
Develop project budgets schedules and schedule of values.
Monitor labor material costs job costing and project profitability.
Purchase materials and coordinate project resources.
Manage project schedules while supporting field foremen and subcontractors.
Prepare negotiate and manage change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors customers and field teams.
Attend project meetings and monthly WIP meetings.
Build relationships with customers vendors suppliers and general contractors.
Support business development efforts and identify new project opportunities.
Qualifications
2 years of plumbing construction Project Manager experienceor2 years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience.
Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.
Ability to read blueprints specifications and construction documents.
Experience with estimating job costing budgeting and project scheduling.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
