Project Manager

An outstanding full-time position has become available in the Pittsburg PA area for an individual with 3-5 years experience managing mid-large Commercial Architectural Projects as a Project Manager/Job Captain. This position would earn a generous base salary and a loaded benefits package including medical benefits life insurance a 401K plan profit sharing PTO and other outstanding perks.

Required work experience includes:

• 3-5 years of experience Managing Commercial Architectural Projects is a MUST
• Degree or Technical/Vocational Certification in Architecture or related field is a MUST
• LEED WELL PHIUS or other Green Certification is a MUST
• Proficiency in managing Schedules Budgets Scope of Work and Architectural Teams (including mentoring/training) is a MUST
• Experienced in Client Presentations On-Site Observations Code Review Space Planning Specification and Design Review etc. is a MUST
• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD 3D Modeling and Graphic Design is a BIG PLUS
• Experience with Historic Buildings/Sites or Higher Education Projects is a BIG PLUS
• NCARB certified Licensed Architect is a BIG PLUS
