Project Manager PBM

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Manager - PBM for a contract position with a Leading Pharmacy Benefit Manager located in Plano TX.

Rate $60.00ph - $65.00ph W2

We are looking for strong Project Manager who can effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations. The ideal candidates will have deep PBM and health plan experience and be comfortable translating operational requirements into business and technical with NCPDP standards regulatory initiatives or F6-related work is a plus but our primary focus is finding a PM who understand the pharmacy and health plan ecosystem and can drive complex implementations forward.

Requirements:

• Lead complex multi-vendor healthcare implementations ensuring alignment across workstreams timelines and deliverables
• Develop and manage integrated project plans including dependencies risks issues and decision tracking (RAID)
• Drive cross-functional coordination across business IT operations and external vendors
• Oversee testing strategy and execution including UAT coordination across multiple systems and partners
• Manage program governance status reporting and executive-level communications
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to maintain schedule quality and regulatory alignment
• Support go-live planning dual-use readiness and command center execution

• Experience with NCPDP standards or regulatory initiatives
