What Youll Do

In the Project Manager Outside Sales position youll guide homeowners through the roofing restoration process from the initial inspection to project completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing referrals networking and storm restoration opportunities
• Conduct roof siding and gutter inspections
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems insurance claims and replacement options
• Prepare estimates and present solutions
• Close sales and execute contracts
• Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project
• Coordinate with production and office teams to ensure successful project completion
• Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service before during and after installation

Requirements:

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with a desire to earn a high income
• Comfortable working outdoors and in a door-to-door sales environment
• Ability to climb ladders walk on roofs and lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
