Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee project budgets and meet financial goals.
- Define and maintain project scopes and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales engineering purchasing accounting) to drive project success.
- Guide purchasing teams on procurement of ancillary equipment.
- Maintain project management systems for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably in the packaging industry.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills (phone email and face-to-face).
- Experience collaborating with engineering sales and procurement teams.
- A proactive positive attitude with a focus on delivering results.
Additional Information:
- Business Hours: Monday Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Travel: Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.
