DaytoDay Duties
  • Lead planning execution monitoring and closure of electrical engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
  • Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and budgets in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teamsincluding engineering procurement construction and quality assuranceto ensure seamless project flow.
  • Develop detailed project schedules track progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders providing regular status updates and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Oversee contract negotiations with vendors and subcontractors ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Control project expenditures monitor cost performance and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Conduct postproject reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
MustHave (Essential) Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Project Management or a related technical discipline.
  • Professional Project Management certification preferred (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Exactly 5 years of proven project management experience within the electrical or utilities sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex multidisciplinary projects on time within budget and to quality standards.
  • Strong leadership interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication proficiency.
NicetoHave (Desired) Experience
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards such as NEC and OSHA.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Microsoft Project Primavera or similar tools).
  • Track record of managing vendor relationships and contractual agreements.
  • Experience in renewableenergy or largescale infrastructure projects.
  • Background in continuousimprovement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
