Project Manager Mid

• Manage individual Work Orders ensuring all milestones deliverables and performance benchmarks are met within approved schedules and budgets.
• Track and report on programmatic risks developing mitigation strategies for potential disruptions in execution.
• Submit a quarterly Work Order Performance and Risk Management Report detailing project progress risk assessments and mitigation actions.

• Must be PMP certified.
• Possess the knowledge and capability to manage specific Work Order execution track schedules and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Must be proficient in Agile project management resource planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Must have strong analytical and leadership skills are required to drive deliverables within cost schedule and performance constraints.
• Must have demonstrated experience in managing project lifecycles tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with DoD acquisition policies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies contract compliance and performance reporting is required.

• Lean Six Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or DAWIA Level II in Program Management.
