We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion. This role requires a highly organized and proactive professional who can effectively manage schedules budgets subcontractors vendors clients and internal teams while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing luxury custom home projects and possess strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Manage luxury residential construction projects from inception through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors vendors suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues that could impact cost quality or schedule.
• Ensure all work meets company standards building codes and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings.
• Manage project documentation reporting and change orders.
• Collaborate with homeowners architects designers and trade partners throughout the construction process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field strongly preferred.
• Candidates without a degree must demonstrate significant experience managing projects for luxury custom home builders.
• Proven project management experience in residential construction.
• Experience managing high-end or custom luxury home projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of:

• Experience coordinating subcontractors vendors clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction management and project-tracking software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Procore
  • CoConstruct
• Knowledge of local permitting inspection and residential construction processes.
