As a Project Manager you will oversee and coordinate high-end residential construction projects from initial planning through final completion. This is a leadership-heavy role requiring the ability to manage multiple stakeholders complex budgets project schedules and quality standards while ensuring every detail meets the clients vision.

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of luxury custom home builds ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients subcontractors vendors and internal teams to streamline communication and resolve site-related issues.

• Quality & Process Control: Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout the construction process; oversee project scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.

• Operational Leadership: Solve complex problems on-site make timely decisions to keep projects moving and ensure a safe efficient work environment.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred. (Substantial experience in luxury home building may be considered in lieu of a degree).

• Industry Experience: Proven experience overseeing residential construction projects specifically within the luxury custom home market.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction processes project scheduling and budgeting. Proficiency in construction management and tracking software is required.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership communication and decision-making abilities. A customer-focused mindset is essential for client satisfaction.
