The Project Manager in the Data & Analytics department is responsible for planning coordinating and delivering data and analytics initiatives using Agile methodologies. This role partners with business stakeholders scrum masters data engineers analysts data scientists architects and technology teams to ensure projects deliver measurable business value on time within scope and with appropriate quality and governance.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will be directly responsible for managing/overseeing project: scope cost schedule risks/issues procurement and communications.
Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban or hybrid Agile approaches based on project and team needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
- Scrum of scrum
- PI planning
- Portfolio syncs
- PI retrospectives
Partner with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders including scrum masters data engineers analysts data scientists and business stakeholders to define priorities quarterly commitments success measures and dependencies.
Identify manage and escalate project risks issues dependencies and blockers impacting commitments made by the scrum teams.
Develop maintain and communicate PI plans roadmaps and benefits to stakeholders including executives.
Track delivery of scrum teams using Agile metrics such as sprint velocity burndown/burnup cycle time throughput and delivery predictability.
Create project procurement management plans detailing what needs quantities and timelines are required for renewals and new contracts with procurement.
Monitor supplier performance manage day-to-day vendor relationships and resolve delivery issues.
Track spending against the project budget and report financial variances early.

Qualifications

PMP PMI-ACP Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) PSM SAFe or similar certification
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Data Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
5 years of project or program management experience preferably supporting technology data or analytics initiatives
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum Kanban or hybrid methodologies
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex project dependencies
Experience with project and Agile management tools such as Jira Azure DevOps Confluence or similar platforms
Strong stakeholder management communication facilitation and problem-solving

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$64260.00 - $105570.00 / year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire and does not reflect future job opportunity.
