- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry specifically in Life and Annuity/Retirement Benefits.

- Strong understanding of insurance products policies and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred.
