Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects engineers subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
- Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Drive project profitability and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing retail / commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Procore MS Project Bluebeam).
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- OSHA certification and PMP preferred.
