The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning coordination execution and successful delivery of assigned data center construction projects. This position provides leadership to engineering procurement construction quality safety and commissioning teams while managing project scope schedule budget and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project execution from engineering through final turnover. Develop project execution plans and resource requirements. Manage project scope schedule and budget. Coordinate engineering procurement construction and commissioning activities. Monitor project performance and key milestones. Lead client meetings and provide project status updates. Review contracts change orders and subcontractor performance. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Approve project schedules and recovery plans. Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental requirements. Coordinate project staffing requirements. Support project forecasting and financial reporting. Review Requests for Information (RFIs) submittals and change requests. Oversee project closeout and turnover documentation. Foster a collaborative safety-focused and results-driven project culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related discipline. Minimum 8 years of construction project management experience. Experience managing large commercial industrial or mission-critical projects.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification. Design-Build or EPC experience. Data center construction experience.
