Job Summary
We are a global leader in fire security and communication integration solutions serving enterprise healthcare education government data center and retail industries. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our security business unit.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders; develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets
Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors to ensure milestones are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle providing regular updates on progress risks and solutions
Oversee day-to-day project operations and monitor performance using appropriate tools and systems
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies responding promptly to minimize impact on timelines
Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements; conduct quality checks on all deliverables
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts schedules and change orders; prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders
Manage project budgets track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives
Ensure proper project closeout including client sign-offs final documentation and post-project reviews

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of project management experience preferably in security systems construction or technology integration
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget
Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet)
Lenel Certification (required)
Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving risk management and decision-making
Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g. OSHA ADA)
3 years of project management experience preferably in security systems construction or technology integration
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget
