Project Manager | ITDS

Emplify Health is seeking a highly experienced and driven Project Manager to join our team to make a lasting impact on healthcare delivery with a primary focus on supporting ITDS initiatives across the enterprise.

FTE Status:Full-Time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

• Lead small to mid-scale IT projects and functional initiatives within the ITDS area managing priorities and deliverables with confidence.
• Apply advanced project management concepts and tools to keep projects on track on budget and on time.
• Develop comprehensive project plans break work into actionable steps and drive effective execution.
• Continuously assess project performance identify opportunities for improvement and make adjustments to optimize outcomes.
• Partner closely with IT and business stakeholders across the enterprise.

• Bachelors degree:Business AdministrationHealthcare AdministrationProject Managementor related field.
• 1-4 years experience in project management or group facilitation Preferred
• Project management mastery:Demonstrated knowledge and application of advanced concepts and tools (). PMP Certification beneficial
• Relationship builder:Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Desired experience:Strong IT experience or background with IT-focused project management experience preferred.
