Were looking for aProject Manager III to lead complex restoration projects with full autonomy. Youll oversee multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors navigate regulatory frameworks and drive high-quality delivery from planning to close-out. Youll work from one of our regional offices or project hubs collaborating with internal scientists engineers and field teams as well as clients agencies and subcontractors. Travel typically ranges from 10 to 25% especially during field execution and key regulatory milestones.

A Day in the Life
Your days will be dynamicbalancing technical planning with field realities. Youll start by finalizing your Risk Register and Project Plan check in with your design and construction teams and follow up on the afternoon you might visit a restoration site to coordinate with subcontractors and monitor progress then report on budget performance and percent complete.
Youll use RESs PM Best Practices (Opportunity Charters Risk Registers MS Project schedules) to manage scope risk and timelines. Whether youre speaking with regulators adjusting plans due to unexpected site conditions or presenting updates to a clientyoull lead with clarity purpose and professionalism.
We would love to talk to you if you have many of the following:
- A Bachelors degree in applied sciences engineering or construction (or equivalent experience)
- At least 10years of experience in environmental restoration or construction-related fields
- 6 years of direct project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools and documentation practices
- Strong background in regulatory processes and permit management
- Experience managing budgets subcontractors schedules and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage risk scope and client expectations
- Demonstrated success usingPM Best Practices (Charters Risk Registers BMPs)
- Ability to mentor junior PMs or lead project teams across departments
- Familiarity with financial reporting forecasting and project margin tracking
What Will Make You Stand Out
- PMP certification PE/PG license or an advanced degree
- Experience leading multi-phase mitigation conservation or restoration projects
California Pay Range
$110000 - $136000 USD
