About this Role

PAR Electrical Contractors LLC is seeking a Project Manager III to lead complex electric utility construction projects and may manage multiple projects concurrently. This role has increased responsibility for financial performance client relationships and team leadership. The PM III serves as a key contributor to regional operational success.

What Youll Do
  • Lead planning and execution of complex transmission and distribution projects

  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets schedules and forecasts

  • Oversee Superintendents Project Engineers and support staff

  • Drive project profitability through effective cost control and risk management

  • Manage client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact

  • Lead change management claims resolution and contract administration

  • Ensure projects meet safety quality and regulatory requirements

  • Mentor and develop less-experienced project staff

  • Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership

What Youll Bring
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 610 years of progressive project management experience in utility construction

  • Proven ability to manage large or complex projects and multiple stakeholders

  • Strong financial acumen and contract management experience

  • Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills

  • Proficiency with project management scheduling and cost control tools

  • Commitment to PAR Electrics safety-first culture

  • PMP certification required within 60 days of hire.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the metro area.
