Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mortgage-related projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and business alignment.
Utilize tools such as JIRA Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to manage tasks timelines and reporting.
Focus on customer satisfaction (CSAT) and ensure exceptional client experience at every stage.
Monitor risks budget and milestones ensuring all project objectives are met.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in project or program management especially within mortgage or finance domains.
Strong knowledge of risk mitigation compliance and business process improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification preferred.
