Job Summary

Project Manager II

Keystone Engineering Group Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25 years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water Wastewater and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania Northeastern Pennsylvania New Jersey Lewes Delaware and Seaford Delaware.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Instrumentation or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry
  • Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities
  • Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills approachability in demeanor and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities including managing challenging or complex interactions
  • Comfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings and standard specifications
  • Knowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and libraries
  • Strong communication analytical problem-solving organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and show close attention to detail
  • Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning coordination and execution of projects
  • Develop detailed project plans including schedules budgets and resource allocation
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team members
  • Manage client relationships providing updates and addressing concerns
  • Oversee project performance ensuring scope schedule and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering contractors and vendors
  • Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies
  • Prepare and present reports on project status issues and solutions to project leads management and clients
  • Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards
  • Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders
  • Review control panel calculations drawings I/O list Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C Designers
  • Review PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits
  • Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers

Our Project Managers travel locally to client sites and occasionally have overnight travel trips for projects.
