Position Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager II to lead and support strategic initiatives within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing project scope timelines budgets risks and stakeholder communications while driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project execution and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets deliverables and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate project objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support product launch and operational improvement initiatives as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance quality and efficiency.
• Develop contingency plans to address project challenges and changing priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Science Engineering Business or a related field.
• 3 5 years of Project Management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects timelines budgets and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working within matrix organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools and business systems.
