Arcadis is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project and Program management team in the Los Angeles area. As a Project Manager you will lead complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. They drive strategic planning risk mitigation and resource allocation to achieve project objectives and organizational goals.

Role accountabilities:

  • Must independently manage all aspects of a project.
  • Will develop and control project scope.
  • Ability to develop and review project schedules.
  • Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of construction documents.
  • Effectively facilitate project team and client meetings.
  • Ability to negotiate and prepare change orders.
  • You will effectively monitor and coordinate construction activities with the various project stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges. Ability to set and manage project expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience - managing projects through programming design permitting construction and close-out.
  • Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
  • Education background in Architecture Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $120k $135k. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
