Position Summary
The Project Manager I Advancement Systems will report to the Director Project Management and be responsible for directing and managing project work. The PM I will help guide and keep tasks on schedule within scope and will utilize different methodologies within the project as needed.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Develops and manages work breakdown structure (WBS).
  • Develops and updates project plans including information such as project objectives technologies information specifications and schedules.
  • Prepare project status reports.
  • Establishes and executes project communication plans.
  • Monitors and tracks project milestones and deliverables.
  • Confers with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range
$65900.00 - $112700.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including ones qualifications and performance equity with others in the department market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
