Behind every successful deliverable is a Project Manager keeping the wheels this role you translate the high-level goals of CBP/AMO into daily operational realities ensuring that critical training and support projects are completed on schedule within scope and with absolute precision.

What Youll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Define & Execute: Buildmaintain and manage detailed project plans milestones work breakdown structures and risk mitigation strategies.
Facilitate Success:Establishpriorities balance workloads and monitor performance of project staff to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Communicate Clearly: Brief stakeholders bi-weekly on project healthsolicitstructured feedback and pivot workflows based on client needs.
Quality Control: Ensure all project artifacts and deliverables meet rigorous government and Team Carney standards.
What You Bring (Qualifications)
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of project management or program coordination experience preferably supporting federal agencies.
Technical Savvy: Highproficiencyin project management software (MS Project JIRA or similar toolsets).
Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
Clearance: Ability to obtain andmaintaina federal background suitability check.
