Our client a large national construction firm is looking to add a Project Manager with experience in Heavy Civil construction to their team in Phoenix AZ!
If youre a Heavy Civil Project Manager who thrives on complex infrastructure strong field teams and real ownership this is where you want to be.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full lifecycle management of heavy civil / heavy highway projects ($10M)
- Financial oversight forecasting and cost control
- CPM schedule development and updates (Primavera P6)
- Change order strategy and negotiations
- Leadership of Superintendents & Project Engineers
- Client and stakeholder relationships
- Risk management and project execution strategy
- Youll be accountable for delivering projects safely on schedule on budget and with the level of quality the firm is known for.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- 5-7 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Leading Projects up to $30 million
- Experience with box culverts roadway paving and underground utilities
- Strong forecasting and cost control expertise
- Experience with Primavera P6 Bluebeam and Excel
- Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree
- Leadership mindset and field credibility
