You will work closely with our team of architects contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent communication and leadership skills and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets

- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met

- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Manage project resources and allocate them effectively

- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools

- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
