Job Title: Project Manager Government & Public-Facing Applications 14 Years Exp

Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience applying industry-recognized project management methodologies including Agile Waterfall Hybrid Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Proven experience developing and managing meeting agendas documenting meeting minutes and preparing project communications for large-scale multi-year cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience creating project charters project scopes business cases project plans and related governance documentation for complex multi-year projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong experience planning maintaining and managing comprehensive project schedules including milestones deliverables dependencies resource allocation and project timelines for cross-functional programs. Successfully delivered projects focused on business transformation application modernization operational efficiency and digital service improvements.
• Experience serving as Project Manager for the implementation and deployment of public-facing applications ensuring successful delivery stakeholder engagement user adoption and operational readiness.
• Experience leading business process reengineering (BPR) initiatives analyzing existing processes identifying improvement opportunities and implementing streamlined solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects involving 20 or more project participants including business stakeholders technical teams vendors consultants and executive leadership while coordinating project execution across multiple workstreams.
• Experience working with New York State government agencies supporting project planning governance compliance stakeholder coordination procurement activities and technology implementation initiatives within the public sector environment.
