Brief Job Overview
The Project Manager is an individual contributor position that supports key projects across Global External Affairs (GEA). Responsibilities include building and managing project work plan dashboard timeline approval process schedules vendor contracts budget and resources for GEA projects. The Project Manager is responsible for driving each project ensuring deadlines are established and met appropriate people are engaged and needed reviews are completed all within budget.

The Project Manager has the following responsibilities:
- Partners with GEA leadership and colleagues to drive division-led projects to success.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to ensure optimization of resources and talent to achieve outcomes.
- Identifies and leverages the right tools and processes for each project.
- Identifies manages and resolves challenges escalating as needed.
- Drives project timeline ensuring deadlines are communicated and met.
- Captures shares and tracks decisions and outcomes updating team as needed.
- Supports activities related to the Convention Membership including Member communications data and meetings.
Who is USP Looking For
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of our mission commitment to excellence through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders along with the following competencies and experience:
- Bachelors degree. Five years of experience in a project management role will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management.
- High level of proficiency with office technologies including Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Adobe.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
- Able to effectively prioritize and efficiently manage several projects simultaneously.
Additional Desired Preferences
- Experience with Salesforce.
- PMP certification.
- Experience managing executives schedules deliverables.

Compensation
Base Salary Range: USD $87756.00 $108400.00 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidates skill set experience qualifications equity and other job-related reasons.
