Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage client relationships facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare review and oversee project documentation reports presentations and schedules.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes permitting requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with consultants contractors and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Maintain design quality technical accuracy and project objectives throughout all phases.
- Support project planning coordination and construction administration activities.
- Foster a collaborative team environment through mentorship leadership and effective delegation.
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field required.
- Masters degree is a plus.
- Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.
Experience:
- Demonstrated project management experience within architecture design or related industries.
- Experience managing project scope schedules budgets and resources.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
- Experience working on commercial civic academic housing mixed-use or similar project types.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and project management software.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and permitting processes.
- Thorough understanding of building codes construction methods and technical detailing.

- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership communication and presentation abilities.
