Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Manage client relationships facilitate meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare review and oversee project documentation reports presentations and schedules.
• Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes permitting requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with consultants contractors and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Maintain design quality technical accuracy and project objectives throughout all phases.
• Support project planning coordination and construction administration activities.
• Foster a collaborative team environment through mentorship leadership and effective delegation.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field required.
• Masters degree is a plus.
• Professional licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred.

Experience:

• Demonstrated project management experience within architecture design or related industries.
• Experience managing project scope schedules budgets and resources.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate complex projects.
• Experience working on commercial civic academic housing mixed-use or similar project types.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and project management software.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation and permitting processes.
• Thorough understanding of building codes construction methods and technical detailing.
