Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our real estate projects from initial planning and development to final completion and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan organize and manage all phases of real estate projects from conception to completion

- Develop project timelines budgets and resources allocation plans

- Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met

- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place

- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

- Ensure compliance with all legal regulatory and company policies and procedures

- Conduct project evaluations and create reports for senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of project management principles techniques and tools

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and construction processes

- PMP certification is a plus
