Project Manager / Business Analyst Sitecore (Pharma Digital Platforms)
Client: Leading Life Sciences / Pharma Organization
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead and drive Sitecore-based website development and digital experience initiatives for a global pharma client. The role requires strong stakeholder management cross-functional coordination and experience operating within regulated (GxP/MLR-aware) environments.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of Sitecore website development and enhancement programs
Define project scope timelines milestones and deliverables
Manage risks dependencies and change requests across onshore and offshore teams
Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards security and compliance requirements
Business Analysis & Requirements
Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing Medical Regulatory) to gather and refine requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria
Support MLR review process readiness and ensure compliance with pharma content governance
Stakeholder Management
Act as a single point of contact across:
Client IT organization
Business teams (Brand Digital Medical Affairs)
Creative & digital agencies
Offshore Sitecore development teams
Facilitate workshops sprint ceremonies and executive updates
Delivery & Execution
Work closely with Sitecore developers architects and QA teams to ensure quality delivery
Drive Agile/Scrum execution (backlog grooming sprint planning demos)
Ensure content migration personalization and DAM integrations are delivered effectively
Quality & Compliance
Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory standards (GxP MLR workflows)
Support UAT planning execution and sign-off
Maintain documentation for audit readiness
Required Skills & Experience
Functional & Domain
8 12 years of experience in digital/web delivery roles with at least:
3 years in pharma/life sciences
3 years working on Sitecore (or similar CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager)
Strong understanding of:
Digital marketing ecosystems (CMS DAM personaliza tion analytics)
Pharma content lifecycle and MLR review processes
Technical & Delivery
Hands-on experience with:
Sitecore platform (content personalization workflows)
Agile / Scrum methodologies
Integration with APIs DAM systems and analytics tools
Stakeholder & Communication
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder environments
Strong facilitation and communication skills (business technical audiences)
Experience working with distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery models
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Sitecore XP/XM Cloud
Familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms ecosystems
Exposure to AWS/Azure-hosted digital platforms
Certification in PMP Scrum or Business Analysis (CBAP)
