Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with Debit Product expertise to lead strategic initiatives across Debit Card products payment processing platforms and digital banking capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of program management product delivery stakeholder management and banking domain expertise with a proven track record of driving large-scale transformation programs within the financial services industry.
• This role will partner closely with Product Owners Business Leaders Technology Teams Operations Risk Compliance and Vendor partners to successfully deliver business-critical initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Debit Card and Payments initiatives across multiple workstreams.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps project plans milestones dependencies risks and budgets.
• Establish governance frameworks and drive status reporting executive communications and steering committee updates.
• Coordinate delivery across business technology operations risk compliance and third-party vendors.

Debit Product Management

• Partner with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to define product vision strategy and delivery roadmap for Debit Card products.
• Support initiatives related to card issuance transaction processing card controls tokenization digital wallets fraud prevention and customer servicing.
• Translate business requirements into actionable program deliverables and workstreams.
• Drive prioritization of product features and capabilities based on business value and customer impact.

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Lead Agile delivery teams and coordinate multiple Scrum teams to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate program increment planning sprint reviews backlog refinement and release planning activities.
• Monitor team performance and delivery metrics to ensure timely execution and quality outcomes.
• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage program risks and issues.
