Project Manager

Lee Enterprises is seeking a Project Manager to support the planning and delivery of initiatives that align with key business and product priorities. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities maintaining visibility into progress and helping teams deliver successful outcomes from kickoff through implementation and ideal candidate is organized proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and projects moving Youll DoProject Planning & DeliverySupport the planning and execution of technology projects from initiation through implementation and stabilizationMaintain project plans timelines milestones and action itemsTrack project progress and help ensure deliverables are completed on timeEscalate potential risks issues or delays to project leadership when appropriateCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Product Engineering IT and business stakeholders to support project executionCoordinate meetings follow-ups and communication across project teamsAssist with managing dependencies and ensuring alignment across workstreamsWork with internal teams and external vendors to support project deliverablesRisk & Issue ManagementTrack project risks issues and dependencies and help maintain mitigation plansEnsure action items are documented assigned and followed through to completionSupport project governance activities including status reporting and decision documentationCommunication & ReportingPrepare project status updates and communicate progress to stakeholdersMaintain project documentation and meeting notesEnsure stakeholders have clear visibility into project timelines milestones and next stepsDeployment & Business ReadinessSupport go-live planning and coordination activitiesAssist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and issue trackingHelp facilitate communication training and readiness activities for impacted usersSupport post-launch stabilization and adoption effortsWhat You Bring2 years of project management project coordination or related experienceExperience supporting cross-functional projects in a technology digital or business environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitmentsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in Agile hybrid or traditional project environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools such as Jira Confluence Asana or similar platformsBachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferredWhat Success Looks LikeProjects remain organized on track and well-documentedStakeholders receive timely and accurate project updatesRisks and issues are identified and communicated earlyProject teams stay aligned on priorities timelines and deliverablesImplementations are completed smoothly with minimal disruption to usersStakeholders have confidence in project visibility and coordination
