Job Summary
Role Purpose
- Manage & Develop theProctorTeam Lead mentor and train a team of VMS user studyproctors ensuring all team members are fully prepared and aligned on current study protocols
- Uphold Data Integrity Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of data collected across all study sessions ensuring rigorous standards are met
- Plan & Execute Research Design implement and conduct qualitative and quantitative user studies to evaluate the fit and comfort of wearable products
- Develop & Approve Protocols Lead the development of new study protocols and facilitate the process of obtaining necessary approvals
- Collect & Analyze Data Oversee and perform data collection and conduct foundational analysis to surface meaningful patterns and insights from study results
- Communicate Findings Deliver clear concise and timely feedback and learnings to teams and key stakeholders
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally Partner closely with cross-functional team members to deploy run and summarize research studies effectively
Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80000 to $130000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors including your geographical location minimum wage obligations skills and relevant experience. Based on the position the role is also eligible for Wipros standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options disability insurance paid time off (inclusive of sick leave) other paid and unpaid leave options.
