Scope

Responsible for coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure projects are successfully executed and delivered on time within scope and within budget. Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques and effectively manage changes in project scope schedule and cost.

The position requires the management of engineered products and systems. Additional responsibilities include Bills of Materials (BOMs) estimating project management sales support documentation and other activities necessary to create and support the Companys products and services.

Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with fabrication of piping systems and the assembly and integration of electrical and instrumentation components is preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Technology Engineering Technology Mechanical Engineering Technology Industrial Technology Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to support efficiency quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management engineers drafters technical staff contractors customers and vendors throughout project execution and completion.
  • Assist with troubleshooting shop and field project issues.
  • Perform material takeoffs estimating proposal development and creation of Bills of Materials (BOMs) as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding project status schedules deliverables and project-related concerns.
  • Monitor project costs and budgets and identify potential cost or schedule impacts.
  • Identify document and communicate changes in project scope schedule and cost.
  • Coordinate project activities across Engineering Procurement Fabrication Assembly/Integration and other departments as needed.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support company projects.
