Job Summary
Are you a highly organized professional who thrives on keeping projects moving solving problems and building strong customer relationships Aphena Pharma Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to lead product launches coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure our customers receive exceptional service from concept to completion.
What Youll Do
Lead and support multiple projects from launch through ongoing production
Develop project plans timelines and production schedules
Coordinate with Sales Manufacturing Quality Shipping and Customers
Manage customer inventory and production forecasting
Create and maintain documentation protocols work instructions and change controls
Identify risks solve problems and keep projects on track
Serve as the primary communication link between Aphena and our customers
Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting critical deadlines
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in manufacturing project management or production planning
Strong organizational analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with customers suppliers and cross-functional teams
Pharmaceutical cGMP DEA-regulated or contract manufacturing experience preferred
PMP certification is a plus
