Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple healthcare initiatives under NYC Health Hospitals. The role involves managing project workstreams coordinating with internal departments external agencies and vendors and ensuring successful delivery of program goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full project lifecycle: planning scope design execution and delivery
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools templates and reporting systems
  • Monitor project progress deliverables risks and escalate issues as needed
  • Act as liaison between hospital departments city agencies and vendors
  • Assist in training development and implementation support
  • Provide operational and policy guidance to improve service delivery
  • Support invoice review and budget planning recommendations
  • Maintain clear communication and documentation across all stakeholders
  • Assist in administrative and technical project tasks as required
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree preferred (health-related or engineering field preferred)
  • 3 years of program or project management experience
  • Experience managing multiple external vendors/contractors strongly preferred
  • Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail accountability and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and within collaborative teams
  • NYC area residency preferred
