Results-driven Execution Project Manager with expertise in leading industrial complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. Skilled in project governance stakeholder management risk mitigation budget oversight and operational execution. Proven track record of driving project success improving processes and delivering business outcomes while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.

An Execution Project Manager is responsible for leading the onsite delivery and execution of projects from initiation through completion ensuring that scope schedule budget quality and business objectives are achieved. This role coordinates cross-functional teams manages risks and dependencies drives stakeholder engagement and ensures project milestones are delivered successfully while aligning with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution monitoring and closure of projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Track project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope and oversee change management processes.
• Communicate project status milestones and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards governance processes and quality requirements.
• Drive accountability for deliverables and ensure timely execution of action plans.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare executive-level reporting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.

Qualifications :

• PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum or similar project management certification preferred.
• 4 years of project management experience (5 years preferred) ideally in industrial real estate or construction projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects on time within scope and within budget.
• Bachelors degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing industrial real estate projects including MEP and HVAC systems; strong safety program experience preferred.
• Strong leadership experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
