Project Manager (commercial door/hardware industry exp. req.) Description

Our client in the commercial building products industry is looking for a Project Manager to add to their team near Denver this role you will guide commercial projects after award keeping materials timelines documentation and jobsite needs moving in the right order. You will work closely with contractors vendors and internal teams to prevent delays answer questions and keep each project on track through completion. To be considered for this role you must have commercial door and hardware project management or coordination experience including the ability to interpret project scopes and communicate with contractors vendors and internal teams. To be successful you must be calm under pressure proactive with follow-up and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. Project Manager (commercial door/hardware industry exp. req.) Responsibilities

Manage commercial door frame and hardware projects after award
Review scopes plans and hardware schedules to ensure accuracy before release
Coordinate submittals material ordering lead times and delivery sequencing
Communicate with project engineers superintendents and vendors
Partner with internal teams on purchasing fabrication and shipping
Track scope changes schedule shifts and change order needs
Resolve field issues tied to missing incorrect or delayed materials
Maintain clear proactive communication with customers and internal teams
Manage multiple active projects across varying sizes and timelines
Support project closeout coordination with internal departments

Project Manager (commercial door/hardware industry exp. req.) Qualifications

3 years of commercial doors frames and hardware experience required
3 years of project management or coordination experience required
Ability to read and interpret specs hardware schedules and construction documents required
Strong communication skills with contractors vendors and internal teams required
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously required
Proficiency with ERP software required
