Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager for a growing commercial construction company. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from planning through completion ensuring timelines budgets safety standards and quality expectations are met.
- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors vendors and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Review project plans specifications and contracts
- Monitor job progress and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Handle project documentation change orders and reporting
- Conduct site visits and meetings as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Resolve project issues quickly and professionally
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience working with subcontractors and commercial job sites
- Strong budgeting and cost-control experience

Required Skills:
Previous experience in commercial construction project management required Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and safety standards Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
Required Education:
