As a Project Manager youll work closely with customers superintendents field employees subcontractors vendors and leadership teams to help deliver successful commercial construction projects.

• Coordinating commercial construction projects from startup through completion
  

• Assisting with project schedules manpower planning and resource allocation
  

• Communicating with customers general contractors vendors and field teams
  

• Monitoring project budgets job costs and financial performance
  

• Reviewing blueprints specifications and project documents
  

• Coordinating material procurement and deliveries
  

• Participating in jobsite visits and project meetings
  

• Helping resolve project challenges and scheduling conflicts
  

• Maintaining project documentation and reporting
