Location: New York NY
4 days on site/ 1 day WFH

Start Date: 08/2026

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing capital improvement infrastructure transportation or facility construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting schedule and budget goals.
• Strong project planning organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating design construction contractors consultants and regulatory agencies.
• Working knowledge of construction standards industry codes and environmental permitting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Valid drivers license.
• PE RA or PMP certification preferred.
• Waterfront or maritime project experience is a plus.

• Manage capital projects from planning and design through construction and closeout.
• Develop and monitor project scope schedule budget and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and regulatory agencies.
• Lead project meetings and resolve technical and scheduling issues.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and reporting.
• Prepare project documentation reports presentations and cost estimates.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable codes permits quality standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and leadership.
