**Job Title: Project Manager** **Location:** Austin TX (Hybrid) **Duration:** Long Term **Position Overview:** This role focuses on managing large-scale IT or business transformation projects within a structured environment emphasizing stakeholder coordination risk management and project delivery. Responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans including scope schedule budget resources risk and communication components. - Defining project objectives deliverables milestones and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. - Coordinating cross-functional teams vendors and business units to ensure alignment and execution of project activities. - Monitoring project performance tracking progress against milestones and ensuring timely escalation and resolution of issues and risks. - Facilitating stakeholder engagement meetings and status reporting to ensure clear communication and transparency. ** :** - 8 years of experience managing large-scale complex IT or business transformation projects in a structured environment. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMI/PMBOK Agile Hybrid). - Experience developing and maintaining project schedules budgets and resource plans. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business units. - Experience with risk management issue tracking and change control processes.
