Location:

Asheville North Carolina. This is a full-time on-site position offering daily collaboration with project teams clients and trade partners.

Note:

Applicants must have at least 4 years of commercial construction project management experience. Candidates should have experience managing commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Experience with healthcare K-12 higher education CMAR or Design-Build projects is preferred.

Job Description

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee project schedules budgets quality and overall project performance.
• Participate in preconstruction planning for CMAR and Design-Build projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors suppliers field teams and project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while proactively resolving issues and delays.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships throughout project execution.
• Review construction drawings specifications contracts and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs change orders and project reporting.
• Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule within budget and to quality standards.

Qualifications

• 4 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings specifications and schedules.
• Budget and schedule management experience.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred.
• Healthcare K-12 higher education CMAR or Design-Build experience preferred.
