The Department of Utilization Management is currently seeking a full time Project Manager 1 to work hybrid in Miami. The Project Manager 1 SCCC (H) supports the planning execution and tracking of SCCC projects under the guidance of senior staff. Manages small to moderately complex projects ensuring alignment with institutional goals and timely delivery.
CORE RESONSIBILITIES:
Collaborateswith leadership to define project scope andobjectives.
Assistsinestablishingproject success criteria and evaluation methods.
Supportsproject planning scheduling and documentation under the guidance of supervisor project sponsor and senior staff.
Assistswith meetinglogistics preparation of agendas note-taking and action-item tracking.
Supports workflow documentation efforts andidentifyprocess gaps.
Identifies basic resource needs and coordinates availability.
Develops andmaintainsproject plans timelines and task lists.
Reviews schedules with stakeholders andadjustsas needed.
Monitors project progress andescalatesissues when necessary.
Assigns tasks and tracks completion across the project team.
Supports team managementin accordance withorganizational policies.
Reviews deliverables for quality and compliance with standards.
Maintains organized and secure project documentation.
Communicates project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Prepares and presents basic status reports to leadership.
Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance withUniversitypolicies and procedures. Ensures employees are trainedoncontrols within the function andonUniversitypolicy and procedures.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors degree in relevant field required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
Any appropriate combination of relevant education experience and/or certifications may be considered.
