Project Management Team Lead

manage the internal team of project managers
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Manage track and organize plans and project documentation
Ensure accurate coordination between teams contractors and clients
Identify issues that arise within projects and resolve them efficiently
Maintain structured processes to support smooth day-to-day workflow

Qualifications:

Experience in general contracting mechanical engineering expediting DOB or architectural work
Strong understanding of plans and technical documents
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proactive responsible and confident in decision-making
