Job Description

Lawrence Hall is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. This Full-Time Fully Remote position offers an opportunity to lead and coordinate key initiatives that support our mission of empowering children youth and families through education behavioural health services workforce development and community programs.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning executing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time within scope and within budget. This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills along with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities


Lead planning execution and delivery of assigned projects.
Develop project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust timelines or resources as needed.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Facilitate meetings provide updates and communicate project status to stakeholders.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and reporting methods.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Collaborate with leadership to align projects with organizational goals.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
Resolve issues and remove obstacles impacting project delivery.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or related field preferred.
3 years of project management experience required.
PMP certification preferred.
Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).

Required Skills Strong knowledge of payroll processing procedures and payroll regulations. Experience with payroll software such as ADP Paychex Workday Paylocity or similar systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Experience reconciling payroll discrepancies and payroll reporting. Familiarity with HRIS and timekeeping systems. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of payroll processing experience. Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field preferred. Experience processing multi-state payroll preferred. Payroll certification (FPC or CPP) is a plus. Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and employment regulations.
