Based inAddison youll lead atalented Project Managementteam while stayinghands-on withsome of ourmost complex andfast-moving experientialand eventprograms.

This is arole for someonewho enjoysboth sides ofproject leadership: developing great peopleandgetting into thedetails when thework demands it.

Youll partner withSales Operations Production Creative and globalteams to turnambitiousideas into experiencesthat are deliveredon time onbudget and tothe highest standard.

Youll be bothapeople leader andhands-on projectleader taking ownership ofkey programs fromkickoff through executionand closeout.

• Lead the deliveryof complex experientialmarketing event exhibit and production projects
• Guide ProjectManagers through planning execution problem-solving and closeout
• Partner with Salesand Operations tomake sure scopes work orders timelines and projectdetails are alignedfrom the start
• Review critical projectelements includingbudgets packing lists show service orders and technical drawings
• Anticipate issues beforethey become show-day problems
• Keep teams focusedon priorities deadlines quality and clientexpectations

Youll help strengthenthe systems andprocesses behind ourwork by:

• Identifying opportunitiesto improve projectmanagement tools processes and workflows
• Championingconsistent project managementpractices and globalstandards
• Collaborating with globalcounterparts to shareideas and elevatebest practices
• Participating in productionand cross-functionalmeetings to keepteams aligned
• Supporting estimating andhelping maintain thefinancial health ofprojects
• Finding smarter waysto improve efficiencywithout compromising theclient experience

You dont needto have followedone specificcareer path. Werelooking for someonewho understandshow complex experientialprojects actually getdoneand knows howto bring peopletogether to makethem happen.

You have:

• 510 yearsof project managementexperiencein experiential marketing events exhibits production or a relatedenvironment
• Proven experienceleading and developingproject managers orproject teams
• Experience managing multiplecomplex projects withcompeting priorities anddeadlines
• A strong understandingofevent production logistics and execution
• Exceptional organizationand attention todetail
• The confidence toworkacross Sales Creative Operations Production and other teams
• Experience withbudgets cost tracking forecasting and financialreconciliation
• A proactive solutions-oriented approachyousee problems comingand start workingon the solution
• The ability tostay calm focused and decisive whenthings change
• A bachelors degreeor equivalent combinationof education andexperience
