Role Purpose

Support project managers in planning organizing and executing initiatives across the organization. This role helps maintain project momentum by assisting with coordination documentation communication and tracking. The intern gains handson experience with real project workflows while contributing meaningful operational support.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination Support scheduling meeting preparation agenda creation and followup tracking to keep project activities aligned.

• Documentation Support Maintain project plans timelines risk logs and status reports to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

• Task & Workflow Tracking Update project management tools with progress deadlines and dependencies.

• Data & Reporting Gather project metrics prepare dashboards and help identify risks or delays.

• Process Improvement Suggest enhancements to workflows documentation or team processes.

• Research & Analysis Conduct research on tools best practices or projectrelated topics to support decisionmaking.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing Bachelors degree Project Management Business Administration or any Engineering field.

• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Organizational Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize effectively and maintain strong attention to detail.

• Communication Skills Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to summarize information concisely.

• Technical Proficiency Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) and interest in learning project management software.

• Analytical Thinking Ability to interpret data identify trends and support problemsolving.

• Team Collaboration Comfortable working with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.

• Professionalism & Initiative Demonstrated reliability eagerness to learn and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
