Job Title: Project Management Analyst Data & Automation Support (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid in NYC

Duration: 6 Months

Note : F2F interview required

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management Support
• Assist in planning tracking and execution of projects across lifecycle stages
• Track deliverables milestones and ensure adherence to project schedules
• Prepare status reports dashboards and governance materials
• Support stakeholder communication and coordination across teams
• Data Analysis
• Perform data analysis to support project tracking reporting and decision-making
• Develop and maintain reports dashboards and data summaries
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across project artifacts
• Automation Support
• Build and maintain automation solutions using tools such as:
• Excel (macros/VBA)
• Power Automate / scripting tools
• Basic Python (preferred)
• Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with business risk data and technology teams
• Translate project and reporting needs into data and automation solutions
